Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate offers a one-year Leader In Development program designed to develop management skills across Housekeeping and Rooms Division. The role includes rotations in multiple departments and relocation after completion.

The program targets entry-level candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a passion for hospitality. As part of Omni Hotels & Resorts, you will join a team focused on exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and career growth in a luxury resort

Qualifications

Demonstrates strong customer service orientation.
Experience handling guest payments or cashier responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality field is required.

Responsibilities

Perform front office, guest services, reservations and housekeeping tasks as needed.
Complete LID learning contracts and support management development initiatives.
Schedule resources and track monthly LID progress reports.
Familiarity with housekeeping systems, daily reports and PDQ standards.
Conduct room inspections and ensure adherence to hotel rate plans.
Assist with training of front office staff and coaching as needed.
Support shift coverage during staff absences.
Represent Omni brand and culture in all interactions with guests and associates.
