Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous resort/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to create spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Timeshare Ware PMS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate room status and inventory with multiple departments.
• Assist with complex moves and inventory questions.
• Monitor Out of Order units to optimize sale inventory.
• Support front desk with express checkouts to improve service.
• Handle registration/checkout transactions to free desk staff.
