Desert Club Resort in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage unit inventory between Resorts Operations and Inventory Management and to serve as the main contact for Front Desk Agents. The role requires coordinating room status with multiple departments and ensuring accurate inventory for sale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous resort or hotel front-of-house experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; able to create spreadsheets for business use.
• Knowledge of Timeshare Ware property management system is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate room status and inventory with Housekeeping, Engineering, Inventory Management, and other departments.
• Assist Front Desk and Resort Service with complex room moves and inventory issues.
• Monitor Out of Order/Out of Service units for optimal sale inventory.
• Track occupancy/arrival/departure changes and advise management on staffing needs.
• Process express checkouts to support front desk efficiency.
• Handle complex registration and checkout transactions to free up desk staff.
