Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton, in Orange County, seeks a talented Rooms Division Manager in Training. You will rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and related departments while gaining exposure to financial management, service excellence, and leadership development.

You'll welcome guests and deliver exceptional service, aiming to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty through strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Hotel and Restaurant Certification preferred.
• 2+ years in guest services and supervisory roles in hotels.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured leadership development program across Rooms Division operations.
• Learn and support daily operations within Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
• Assist department leaders to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in operational walkthroughs, room inspections, quality audits, and service evaluations.
• Monitor guest service metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Review guest feedback and identify trends for action.
• Support coaching, training, and mentoring of associates.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and payroll controls.
