Job summary

Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead outlet staff and ensure exceptional dining experiences in Orange County. The role focuses on service excellence, staff development, and maintaining food quality across the restaurant and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities include managing guest requests, coordinating with hotel departments, and implementing cost-saving measures while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety in a busy outlet environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related area preferred.
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulation.
• Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example and addressing guest requests, concerns and complaints.
• Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.
• Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to monitor food quality and service standards.
• Evaluate cost effectiveness and develop cost saving and profit-enhancing measures.
• Interview, hire and train staff in Food & Beverage procedures and techniques.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and storage areas.
