Job summary

Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, seeks a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless operations at shift end.

You will balance daily revenue reports, assist with check-ins/check-outs, respond to guest requests, and maintain PMS accuracy to support next-day service. Requires at least 1 year guest services experience and a high school diploma; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent required.
• Knowledge of accounting operations (AR/AP, server fees).
• Basic math skills for financial reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and balance PMS reports.
• Make corrections via the PMS and resolve computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports.
• Conduct efficient check-ins and check-outs and answer calls professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
