HHM Hotels is seeking a seasoned Rooms Division leader to drive exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence and a culture of service. The role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, staff development, and adherence to brand standards and HHM values.

You will guide front desk, housekeeping, and related operations, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction while implementing sustainability practices and safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 to 7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM values.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements in departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front office financial operations, ensuring controls and procedures are followed.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and forecasts; review and approve capital budgets as needed.
• Review guest correspondence and incident logs, directing staff accordingly.
• Oversee vendor and personnel contracts across the hotel.
• Monitor occupancy to optimize room utilization and minimize overbooking.
