Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Rooms Controller to support the Guest Relations team and manage room inventory for individuals and groups. You will work with Sales, Reservations, Engineering, Housekeeping and Security to ensure rooms are blocked accurately and promptly.

The role involves reviewing arrival packages, setting up billing, and handling payments while answering guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Front Desk experience required.
• Opera PMS experience a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Support Guest Relations by maintaining and controlling room inventory and blocking rooms promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Engineering, Housekeeping and Security.
• Review packages before arrival and ensure billing setup for a smooth guest experience.
• Review billing and process payments; answer calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Serve as a backbone to the Miraval Guest Relations team.
