Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, NH, is seeking a Rooms Controller to manage daily room assignments, reconcile overbooking across categories, and align with revenue and guest satisfaction goals.

You will master check-in/out policies, handle Select Guest and VIP upgrades, coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments, and train new Front Desk staff in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task across Front Desk tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily room changes and overbooking reconciliation.
• Ensure check-in/check-out policies are followed and guests upgraded when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maximize occupancy.
• Train new Front Desk Associates and oversee desk operations in short-staff situations.
• Understand room type availability and inter-department relationships.
