Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, NH, seeks a skilled supervisor for Front Office, Housekeeping or Guest Services with 2+ years in a leadership role. You will guide the Supervisors and daily teams, uphold Omni standards, and ensure guest needs are met with excellence in a high-end resort environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on service, safety, and staff development.

Qualifications

• One to two years' experience in Front Office, Housekeeping or Guest Services.
• At least two years of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of Opera, Kronos and Alice is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Supervise and coach Supervisors and the team to ensure service standards.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and payroll/timekeeping is accurate.
• Assist in scheduling and cover supervision duties as needed.
• Lead monthly OST meetings and conduct regular staff check-ins.
• Maintain property to Omni standards per Rooms Operation Manual.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and monitor guest room cleanliness scores.
