Job summary

The Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, is seeking an Overnight Front Office Manager to oversee guest check-in and check-out with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

You will train associates to Omni Standards, coordinate with department managers, handle guest complaints, manage the hotel computer system, and prepare reports. A four-year hospitality degree and knowledge of Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Customer service oriented with multi-tasking, detail orientation and strong organization.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle all training with associates to ensure Omni Standards.
• Communicate with all department managers daily, especially with Night Audit.
• Handle all guest complaints maintaining a satisfactory impression.
• Be familiar with the hotel computer system for maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Complete weekly supply inventories and rate discrepancy reports.
• Block/assign arrivals for VIPs and special requests; prepare group information sheets.
• Complete check-out with balance report; complete daily credit checks.
• Adhere to Front Office Systems and Controls; support Marketing Programs.
• Work closely with Loyalty Ambassador to ensure select guests are tracked and serviced.
