Qualifications

• 2 years of front office experience in resort or timeshare preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

• Dependable, detail oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Manage room assignments for all pending and last minute reservations.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Reservations to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor room inventory and communicate occupancy updates to management.
• Identify and report potential overbooking or availability issues.
• Respond to guest messages and reviews across online travel platforms.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation reports and system entries.
• Assist with check ins and check outs and guest service needs as required.
• Provide professional courteous communication with both guests and team members.
