Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits and reconcile daily transactions.
• Review OTA reservations and verify arrivals.
• Assign rooms as needed and conduct in-house audits.
• Handle payments and cash transactions confidently.
• Maintain key control and sign-in/out procedures.
• Answer calls and manage overnight shift tasks.
