Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a dedicated Room Service Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on delivering a superior in-room dining experience, with a commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of F&B experience, with MICROS knowledge preferred and current TABC and Food Handlers certifications. Open 24/7, flexible scheduling is required to meet guest needs across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• 1–2 years experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required.
• US work authorization must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Food & Beverage to guests in their rooms, focusing on accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and customize service to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate with hotel team to ensure timely room service during flexible hours (morning/evening/weekends/holidays).

Room Service Servers anticipate, customize, and service guest's needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States
