Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving our guests.

Responsibilities include anticipatory service, menu guidance with knowledge of ingredients and allergens, accurate order entry, and collaboration with teammates to maintain Forbes Five-Star standards. Flexible schedule required as hotel operates 24/7.

Qualifications

• MICROS knowledge preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience working as a server.
• TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

• Anticipate and personalize each guest’s experience with attentive hospitality.
• Guide guests through menu selections with knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods and allergens.
• Ensure accurate order entry and clear team communication.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving our guests. What You Will Do

Ciclo Servers anticipate and personalize each guest’s experience, going beyond traditional service to create memorable dining moments that exceed expectations. They provide genuine, attentive hospitality while guiding guests through menu selections with strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, ensuring efficient and detail-oriented service through accurate order entry and clear team communication. Committed to maintaining clean and organized dining areas, they uphold Four Seasons and Forbes Five-Star standards, monitor guest satisfaction, and promptly resolve concerns, all while supporting teammates and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Two to three years’ experience working as a Server
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours
