Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Server Assistant to support our distinguished Food & Beverage team in delivering a seamless, luxurious dining experience. You will assist servers, maintain a polished dining area, and contribute to a guest-first environment in a premier Texas hotel.

Responsibilities include bussing tables, resetting stations, and collaborating with colleagues to uphold the Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• MICROS knowledge is preferred.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• General knowledge of the food and drink menu.
• TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States required.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Server Assistant to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What You Will Do

The Server Assistant assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable dining experience exceeding the guest’s expectations. Bussers clear tables and reset them neatly.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• General knowledge of food and drink menu
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours
