Four Seasons Hotel Austin seeks a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) to join our dynamic Residential Team. You will provide valet parking, manage resident deliveries, and build trusted relationships with residents on the front drive.

The Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) provides valet parking service to the residences and manages personal deliveries. We are looking for a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) that will recognize our residents, establish connections and be present on our front drive.

• Ability to recognize residents, learn preferences and build trusted relationships
• Resourcefulness and willingness to take ownership of resident requests
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt as operational needs change
• Professional judgment and respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative Residential team
• Ability to safely operate resident and guest vehicles, including manual transmissio n
• Valid State of Texas driver's license
• Work authorizatio n in the United States

Schedule & Hours

As our Residence is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/ Page ) to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
