Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests.

The role focuses primarily on the Room Service operation within a fully staffed Food & Beverage team. Flexibility is required due to 24/7 operations, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• MICROS knowledge required.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage management team, with a focus on Room Service.
• Supervise the team and deliver above-and-beyond service.
• Handle guest complaints and innovate with guest offerings.
• Receive guest requests and take action on needs, spoken or unspoken.
• Apply intuition and clear articulation to master the role.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What You Will Do

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage management team, but primarily focusing on the Room Service operation. Responsibilities include; supervising the team, providing above and beyond service, handling guest complaints and being innovative with offerings and guest service. You will receive guest request and take action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred


• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required


• Strong knowledge of food & beverage


• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Food & Beverage Supervisor to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
