Four Seasons Hotel Austin invites a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic Rooms Team. You will be the first and last impression, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests in a 286-room luxury setting.

We seek someone with 1–2 years in front desk or front office, knowledge of Opera, multitasking ability, and US work authorization; overnight availability is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a globally renowned luxury brand.

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dyna mic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. The Front Desk Agent is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests direct comments, questions, suggestions and concerns .

What you bring

• Knowledge of Opera preferred .
• One to two years' experience worki ng as a Front Desk Receptionist or within Front Office preferred .
• Working knowledge of hotel operations .
• Ability to multi-task on several items at once .
• Work authorizatio n in the United States .
• Overnight availability required.

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Front Desk Agents to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
