Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is hiring a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public spaces, and assist in laundry as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and willingness to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and English proficiency is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests according to G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed so rooms may be sold or occupied.
• Operate washers and dryers and handle linen as required in laundry duties.
