Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public areas, supporting the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction. You will follow brand standards and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment across our properties.

Advantages include working mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays and building experience in a hospitality-focused setting. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful; English proficiency is important for guest communication.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Background in extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions according to G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure corrective action to achieve satisfaction.
• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas per established standards.
• May assist with kitchen area, fridge, microwave, or dishware as needed.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed and report issues as required.
