Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to clean guestrooms and treehouses at Skamania Lodge, ensuring comfort for guests in a Pacific Northwest resort. You will stock rooms, manage linens and amenities, and help keep the property pristine across multiple buildings.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, basic housekeeping experience, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. You will engage with guests and teammates, using Zello for communication and supporting

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

About our property

Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it's a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Clean all areas of our guestrooms and treehouses.
• Stock guestrooms with linens and essential amenities.
• Maintain housekeeping cart by cleaning and stocking daily.
• Utilize Zello for communication.
• Report any maintenance repairs observed using HotSOS.
• Assist guests and fellow Associates as needed.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Ability to communicate effective
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Advancement Opportunities:

All Room Attendants start at level I with the opportunity to advance to level II and III –make up to 21/hour!
