Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly host/hostess for its Skamania Lodge restaurant, a Pacific Northwest resort destination. You will greet guests, monitor dining areas, estimate wait times, and help move tables to accommodate large parties.

This role emphasizes delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting. The position requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Ensure guest needs are met while waiting.
• Answer the telephone, book reservations and adjust tables for large parties.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
• Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables.
• Estimating wait times for guests and monitoring the guest waiting list.
• Ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
• Answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.
