Job summary

Skamania Lodge, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to keep guest rooms clean and welcoming. Deliver items to guestrooms, stock linen closets, and support fellow staff to ensure a smooth hotel experience.

You will follow safety/chemical standards, handle trash and cleaning tasks on assigned floors, and respond to guest calls quickly. Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license; six months of related work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred six months of job-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Support Room Attendants by stocking linen throughout the shift.

• Empty trash from Room Attendant carts at the end of shift.
• Clean dirty glasses/mugs at end of shift and as needed.
• Assist guests and other staff members as needed.
• Answer guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm in under 15 minutes.

About Our Property

Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Assist and serve our guests to make their stay as comfortable and clean as we can by delivering great service and maintaining the cleanliness of guestrooms.

Your Role

• Deliver items to guestrooms.
• Stock linen closets.
• Support Room Attendants by stocking linen throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety/chemical standards.
• Empty trash from Room Attendant carts at the end of shift.
• Clean dirty glasses/mugs at end of shift and as needed.
• Assists with cleaning the guest rooms if unexpected need occurs after the Room Attendants are gone for the day or room unassigned.
• Strip vacant/dirty rooms.
• Performs cleaning tasks on assigned floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and collecting garbage.
• Assist guests and other staff members as needed.
• Answer guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm in under 15 minutes.
