Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Housekeeping/Room Attendant to help ensure our guests have a clean and comfortable stay at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA. You will deliver items to guestrooms, stock linen closets, and assist Room Attendants throughout shifts to maintain high cleanliness standards.

You will follow safety and chemical standards, handle trash, clean glassware, and support guests and staff as needed. Availability for early calls and responsive service is valued.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Preferred six months of job-related experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver items to guestrooms.
  • Stock linen closets.
  • Support Room Attendants by stocking linen throughout the shift.
  • Follow all safety/chemical standards.
  • Empty trash from Room Attendant carts at the end of shift.
  • Clean dirty glasses/mugs at end of shift and as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning guest rooms if needed after attendants leave.
  • Strip vacant/dirty rooms.
  • Perform cleaning tasks on assigned floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, garbage).
  • Assist guests and staff as needed.
  • Answer guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm in under 15 minutes.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Assist and serve our guests to make their stay as comfortable and clean as we can by delivering great service and maintaining the cleanliness of guestrooms.

  • Deliver items to guestrooms.
  • Stock linen closets.
  • Support Room Attendants by stocking linen throughout the shift.
  • Follow all safety/chemical standards.
  • Empty trash from Room Attendant carts at the end of shift.
  • Clean dirty glasses/mugs at end of shift and as needed.
  • Assists with cleaning the guest rooms if unexpected need occurs after the Room Attendants are gone for the day or room unassigned.
  • Strip vacant/dirty rooms.
  • Performs cleaning tasks on assigned floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and collecting garbage.
  • Assist guests and other staff members as needed.
  • Answer guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm in under 15 minutes.
