Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, high-energy hospitality to every guest.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and menu selections.
• Develop knowledge of the menu, cocktails, wine, and concept.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain service standards while managing multiple tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Address questions and requests professionally and handle recoveries.
• Keep dining area clean, organized, and polished.
• Support private events and special experiences as needed.
