The role requires 2+ years of bartending experience, strong spirits knowledge, and the ability to thrive in high-volume settings. You should be energetic, personable, and guest-focused, with solid communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Experience in high-volume or elevated bar environments.
• Energetic, personable and guest-focused personality.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Craft cocktail, rooftop, upscale, or restaurant opening experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cocktails and beverages with speed, consistency, and precision.
• Deliver an energetic and elevated bar experience.
• Build strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and the food menu.
• Engage guests and create genuine connections.
• Maintain proper recipes, portions, presentation, and service standards.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership.
• Support beverage inventory, prep, and organization.
• Assist with private events and special programming.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards.
