Dear Charlotte is opening a Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant in Charlotte, NC. We’re assembling a fast-paced kitchen team and seek a Line Cook to execute items with consistency, speed, and precision.

You’ll prep, maintain station cleanliness, follow recipes and portion controls, and support teammates during service. We offer competitive hourly pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities to grow with the concept.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and precision.
• Follow recipes, prep standards, and portion controls.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations.
• Complete daily prep and station setup.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service.
• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Support other stations and kitchen team members as needed.
• Help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience during every service.
