Dear Charlotte, a new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant in Charlotte, NC, is hiring servers to join the opening service team. You’ll deliver high-energy hospitality, guide guests through menu selections, and work with kitchen and bar teams to create memorable experiences.

We value strong communication, guest engagement, and teamwork. 1–2 years serving experience preferred; we offer competitive hourly pay plus tips and eligible benefits as part of a growing concept.

Responsibilities

About Dear Charlotte

Dear Charlotte is a new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant, bar, and event destination coming to Charlotte’s Steele Creek area. With a vibrant indoor/outdoor setting, cocktail-forward beverage program, and elevated food menu, we’re creating a high-energy hospitality experience designed for dinner, brunch, private events, and memorable nights out.

We’re building our service team from the ground up and are looking for Servers who are passionate about hospitality and excited to help define the guest experience from day one.
