ROOF on theWit in Chicago, IL is seeking a hospitable Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will present menus, make recommendations, and communicate orders to the kitchen using the Micros POS system. A customer-first approach and prior food/beverage experience are valued.

Formación

• Must have open availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and holidays.
• Previous experience as a server or front-of-house role preferred.
• Food Handler's Certification; knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Present menu, answer questions, and suggest items; relay guest orders to kitchen using POS.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction; address concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks and process payments; settle voided checks as needed.
• Set up, break down, and reset tables, buffets and stations.
• Work harmoniously with teammates and supervisors; complete side work as instructed.
