Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Rooftop Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our rooftop dining and lounge areas. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable guest experience while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service and teamwork skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a professional appearance. Training and certification in alcohol service within 30 days is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Alcohol service certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide attentive food and beverage service in rooftop area.
• Enter orders accurately into POS system.
• Maintain menu knowledge and beverage offerings; upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond promptly to needs.
• Assist with setup, cleanliness, and sanitation of service station.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and brand service standards.
