Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Restaurant Server for the Montford Rooftop Bar at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown in Asheville, NC. You will guide guests through menus, take orders, and ensure an exceptional dining experience, with a focus on accuracy and personalized recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of serving experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed in busy periods.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
