Job summary

ZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking a Line Cook for Conners Rooftop to prepare menu items that meet hotel standards. You will work with the kitchen team, follow recipes, and maintain safe, sanitary practices throughout the shift.

No prior experience required; you will learn on the job and contribute to a busy line capable of handling high covers while adhering to all safety and quality guidelines. Benefits include paid time off, bonuses based on performance, uniforms, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Highly organized.
• Able to stand, move constantly, and lift 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in kitchen operations.
• Keep work station clean and organized.
• Prepare up to 200 covers in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
• Follow standard recipes.
• Communicate well with Kitchen Manager and co-workers.
• Comply with OSHA requirements.
• Practice safe working habits.
• Attend food handlers course as required by county.
• Complete tasks assigned by Kitchen Manager and General Manager.
• Perform duties safely.
• Be flexible to changes in the role.
• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Keep business information confidential.
