Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Line Cook for Conners Rooftop. The role focuses on producing meals that align with hotel standards while maintaining safety and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring recipe accuracy, keeping the station organized, and meeting the capacity of 200 covers in an 8-hour shift. The position requires strong guest service, teamwork, and adherence to OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge of fundamental principles and procedures of food preparation.
• Must keep work station clean and organized.
• Must be capable of preparing a minimum of 200 covers in and 8 hour shift.
• Must adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
• Must be familiar with and adhere to standard recipes.
• Must communicate well with Kitchen Manager and co-workers.
• Must have knowledge of and adhere to OSHA requirements.
• Must practice safe working habits.
• Must attend food handlers course as required by county.
• Must complete tasks assigned by Kitchen Manager and General Manager.
• All duties must be carried out in a safe manner.
• Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will occur to your job.
• Employee must treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.
