Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• CA Food Handler and RBS Certifications required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the restaurant POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with quality customer service, serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Greet and welcome guests, attend to tables, and process orders in the POS system.
• Provide outdoor service and support to team; maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Learn menu and beverage knowledge; relay guest complaints to management as needed.
• Open bottled wine and perform wine service; setup and breakdown of stations.
• Assist with setting and bussing tables, seating guests, and answering phones.
