Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
• Develop territory plans to maximize opportunities and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, owners, homebuilders, and distributors.
• Generate pull-through demand by partnering with distributors to convert opportunities into sales.
• Promote roofing and siding solutions within residential and commercial markets.
• Increase specifications of value-added products and improve closing rates.
• Identify, monitor, and track construction projects from planning through bid stages.
• Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and support territory growth.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and project information using company tools and systems.
• This is a field-based role with approximately 75% travel.
