Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain brand, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of siding and roofing products within a defined U.S. territory. You will cultivate strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, owners, and distributors and execute strategic territory plans to meet growth targets.

This field-based role requires about 75% travel, and you must live in the territory. Base pay ranges from $72,000 to $108,000 per year, with a targeted annual bonus of 45% of

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience, including customer relationships, presentations, and closing deals.
• Ability to develop and execute territory plans and engage contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, and distributors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, owners, and distribution partners.
• Generate pull-through demand by influencing project stakeholders and distributors.
• Promote roofing/siding products in residential and commercial markets.
• Monitor and pursue opportunities from planning to bid stages; support closing rates.
• Deliver product presentations, trainings, and sales promotions to industry professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer solutions and drive territory growth.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and project data using company tools.
