Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain company, is seeking a Territory Manager for Dallas and East Texas to drive residential roofing product sales and build strong contractor, builder, architect and distributor relationships.

You will develop territory plans, identify opportunities, influence specifications, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions while traveling ~75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Experience in building contractor, builder, architect relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth objectives and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans and strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, owners and distributors.
• Generate pull-through demand by influencing project stakeholders and distributors.
• Promote and sell roofing and/or siding solutions in residential and commercial markets.
