Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Charlotte NC is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to place orders, track and schedule roofing or siding repairs, and monitor unfinished jobs.

You will handle data entry, update records, and maintain clear communication with field managers, suppliers, homeowners, and co-workers. A GED or high school diploma and 1 year of office or construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year experience in office or construction preferred.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Updates various records.
• Data entry
• Scheduling service requests.
• Updates Builder’s Records.
• Communicates professionally and efficiently with field managers, suppliers, builders, home owners and co-workers.
• Provides follow up and status update as requested by management.
• Assists and backs-up the Senior Service Coordinator as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
