Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Greenville, SC is seeking a construction support assistant to coordinate roofing, siding, and maintenance installation activities under supervision. The role combines field and office work and focuses on ensuring timely, quality execution on building projects and client grounds.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, safety inspections, document photo records, and teamwork with the Field Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with quick learner for construction processes.
• Able to work both in field and office settings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking roofing/siding installation production.
• Run errands and assist supervisors with supply pickup/drop-off.
• Assist Warehouse with packing and loading materials.
• Support pre/post and safety inspections and document photos.
• Collaborate with Field Supervisor to develop construction management skills.
• Possibly operate equipment such as forklifts or company trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
