Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, quality, and efficiency of field service projects in roofing. You will lead a crew, manage schedules, and ensure timely, compliant execution on site.

Five years of roofing experience with built-up, EPDM, PVC systems is required. Travel, weekend work, and a valid driver’s license are needed; OSHA 30 and RRO are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Five years of roofing experience.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC roofing systems and related repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings and jobsite safety planning.
• Inspect site, equipment, and tools; identify safety concerns.
• Complete Daily Hazard Analysis and end-of-project walk-through.
• Coordinate with Sales Rep, customer, and crew to align scope and schedule.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and material availability.
