The Foreman will oversee the crew, conduct safety briefings, manage project schedules, and ensure effective communication with clients and team members. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of five years in the roofing industry and relevant certifications. This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 along with comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other roofing systems.
• Ability to travel out of town and work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects.
• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings with team and customers.
• Manage project schedules and crew productivity.
