Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects in the Portland area. The Foreman leads the crew, ensures safe execution, and manages daily tasks, hours, and materials to meet client specifications and project timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in roofing, knowledge of built-up/EPDM/PVC systems, and ability to travel with valid driver's license. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred; RRO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of roofing industry experience.
• Knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC and other roof systems.
• Ability to travel and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, crew management, and project execution per scope.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and equipment for field projects.
• Develop pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500 and submit proposals over $20,000 for approvals.
• Review time reports and coordinate with the admin team.
