Job summary

Tremco is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead field crews in roofing projects, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality. The Foreman will manage crew start/end times, daily tasks, and ensure tools and materials are available to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include safety briefings, communication with Sales Reps, customers, and supervisors, and coordination of project schedules. Requires 5+ years in roofing and OSHA 30‑hour certification; RRO preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiarity with built‑up, EPDM, PVC, and other low‑slope roofing systems; knowledge of metal and steep‑sloped roofs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, crew management, and project execution in the field.
• Coordinate daily safety briefings with crews and customers.
• Manage schedules, productivity, and materials to meet project scope.
• Prepare end‑of‑day walk‑throughs and punch lists; report outcomes to supervision.
• Review time reports and engage HR as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Provide pricing for self‑performing projects over $12,500 and proposals over $20,000.
