A leading roofing services provider is seeking a Field Resource Foreman to manage safety, efficiency, and quality in the WTI field service business. The role requires a minimum of five years in the roofing industry and familiarity with various roofing systems. Responsibilities include overseeing project management, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring inventory availability. This position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 and includes several employee benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and low-slope roofing systems.
• Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of WTI field service business.
• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings with crew and clients.
• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Supervise and monitor inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies.
