The WTI Field Resource Foreman oversees safety, efficiency, and quality of field service work for WTI projects in the designated region. The Foreman leads the crew, ensures timely service, and assesses risks while maintaining a strong focus on safety at all times.

Daily responsibilities include safety briefings, hazard analysis, scheduling, and effective communication with supervisors, sales reps, customers, and field staff. Minimum five years in roofing and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site safety briefings with the Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service work.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and materials to complete projects within scope.
