Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a General Purpose WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead field crews in roofing projects, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and quality across assigned regions.

You will oversee crew management and timely project execution while delivering top-notch service to customers and managing risk exposure. The role requires a minimum of five years in roofing, familiarity with built-up, EPDM and PVC systems, and ability to coordinate with supervisors, sales reps, and customers on

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC roofing systems and related repairs.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise WTI field crews ensuring safety and quality of work.
• Coordinate with supervisors, sales reps, and customers on scope and schedule.
• Manage crew times, productivity and materials to meet project goals.
• Complete daily end-of-project walkthroughs and document findings.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction of field reps.
• Monitor inventory, conduct quarterly counts, and manage pricing for self-performing projects.
