Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead safety, crew management, and efficient execution of field service projects across the assigned region in Portland, OR.

The Foreman drives safety culture, ensures timely delivery, and coordinates with sales reps, supervisors, and customers. Responsibilities include daily safety briefs, planning, inventory control, pricing for larger self-perform projects, and end-of-day/project walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Five years of roofing industry experience required.
• Must be able to travel for jobs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Coordinate communications among Sales Rep, Supervisor, crew, and client.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and availability of tools/materials.
• Complete end-of-day/end-of-project walk-throughs and document punch lists.
• Attend calls, meetings, and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
