Job summary

Rust-Oleum seeks a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead on-site safety, crew management, and efficient execution of roofing projects. You will deliver timely service, manage risk, and ensure quality across projects in the field.

The role requires thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC roofing systems and a minimum of five years in roofing. Travel and weekend work may be required; OSHA 30 is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required or active pursuit.
• Minimum of five years' roofing industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC and other roofing systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings on site and conduct hazard analyses.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and material readiness.
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Sales Reps, and customers daily.
• Prepare pricing for self-performed projects over $12,500.
