Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Consultant (Outside Sales) for roofing and exterior restoration in the Springfield/Nixa area. You will identify opportunities, earn homeowners’ trust, and convert inspections into successful projects, serving the Springfield market with local travel and office-based support from Nixa.

You’ll join a national company with training, tools, and a robust commission structure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Able to manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and company technology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct property inspections and identify project opportunities.
• Build relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Present tailored solutions based on homeowner needs and conditions.
• Explain options and next steps clearly to customers.
• Manage customer relationships from first appointment to project completion.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up, address objections, and move opportunities toward closing.
• Document customer information and project details using company technology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
